Manage Tickets Options

You can manage tickets from your WordPress admin section. Admins can act as agents and have full access to the plugin’s configuration. WPHelpDesk includes an “Agent” role out of the box. WordPress users under that role will only have access to the Helpdesk functionality (without any access to its configuration) in order to manage and reply to tickets. To read more about the available functionality, have a look at the documentation under the “Help Desk Management” section.

To log in as an Agent, click here and enter the following credentials. Note that you will not have access to any configuration pages. To check what is available there, please have a look at the documentation under the “Installation and configuration” section.
